Justice Prevails LLC Policies – CONSULTATIONS are FREE and CONFIDENTIAL as indicated above. Generally, everything communicated and shared between us is and will be treated as confidential information, protected by "Attorney-Client Privilege" against disclosure with rare exceptions. The attorney-client relationship is not established until a Fee Agreement is signed by the client and received with required payment. Personal Injury and Malpractice cases are contingency fee cases and do not require payment of fees unless/until we secure a financial recovery in your case.
